Friendly staff with exceptional service.

Parking was a nightmare, with oversized vehicles taking up two spots. the shower drainage was poor, causing water to pool in the bathroom. It was frustrating to deal with these issues during the stay.

Had a right boss time! Spacious room was well handy for me husband’s special diet, with a coffee maker and mini fridge. The staff were sound, helping us switch rooms to a quieter spot. Only downside? Parking was a challenge with those big motors taking up space.

Accessing the hotel can be a hassle without a vehicle. it’s not exactly near public transport, leaving you feeling a bit stranded. Many rooms display outdated decor, making them feel less comfortable than some might expect in this day and age. Wi-Fi connectivity can be spotty, leading to frustration for those who rely on it. There have been reports of noise disturbances from plumbing, especially when nearby guests are using water, which could disrupt your peace. the breakfast price might feel steep for what’s offered, at around €15 there’s a chance to find better value elsewhere.

We loved the quiet location, large room, and easy parking. The gardens and nearby walking trails were beautiful!

Hotel Heemskerk is a charming spot close to the city center with lots of greenery around. The staff were super helpful, making our family feel welcome. We enjoyed a satisfying breakfast with plenty of options to start our day right. Plus, there was free parking available, which was a great convenience.

The shower was remarkable, one of the best I’ve encountered in years, and the breakfast offered a delightful selection including tasty salads. the decor felt somewhat outdated, and there were cleanliness issues with hair found in the bathtub. A softer pillow would improve comfort too.

the location was perfect for us to explore keukenhof and visit family nearby. the breakfast had a great selection, and the staff were very efficient. we enjoyed the autumn sun in the beautiful surroundings.

We had a spacious room with a handy coffee maker and fridge, perfect for my husband's special diet. The staff were super helpful, moving us to a quieter room quickly. Breakfast was really good too! Only thing was the walls felt a bit thin, so you could hear the neighbors. a cozy spot!

the surroundings are beautifull and calm, but breakfast is rather basic.

The peaceful ambiance created by the morning birdsong was delightful. I appreciated the thoughtful room accessories, including a convenient capsule coffee machine. the nearby walking trails offered a beautiful escape into nature that I truly enjoyed.
